The Big Bounce Indonesia

I, the undersigned, as a participant or legal guardian of a participating child, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms while participating in The Big Bounce Indonesia:

1 Risk & Responsibility

I understand that this is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for my own health and safety, as well as for my child if applicable.

I confirm that we are in good health, not under the influence of any substances that could impair judgment, and do not have any medical conditions that may pose a risk during the activity.

2 Participation Limits

I acknowledge that participants must meet the following requirements:

Age Range 3 - 55 years old

Height Range 90 cm - 193 cm

Weight Limit Maximum 110 kg

                    Important: Children aged 3–12 years may participate only with a supervising adult (18+ years) present at the venue.
                

3 Compliance & Conduct

I agree to follow all instructions from event staff and to refrain from participating if I feel unwell or notice any potential hazards.

I will immediately report any unsafe situations to staff to help ensure the safety of all participants.

4 Suspension of Activities

I understand that the organizers have the right to delay, suspend, or cancel activities to protect public safety. This includes extreme weather, force majeure, or requests from authorities.

I accept that it is my responsibility to stay informed of all rules and updates from The Big Bounce Indonesia team.

5 Release of Liability

I, The Participant, who are well in sound and mind, have declared that the event organizers, event partners and sponsorships of this event are exempted from any lawsuits, compensation, stolen items, or any other losses that are in either forms of monetary, physical, psychological or moral in any nature that has appeared before, during, or after my participation of the event.

📷 Documentation & Personal Data

I, as a participant, have consented on behalf of myself and/or the child I am governing over to allow the event organizers, event partners and other collaborators to the use of any photographs, video or any other content related format without any compensation in any forms; this includes: merch, endorsements or any other monetary value.
